The distance to ski lifts is 40 meters to Lift №2 and 10 meters to Lift №5.
This is a modern, spacious house with a living area of 164 square meters, which comfortably accommodates a group of 6-9 people.
On the first floor, there is a kitchen-studio, dining area, and lounge zone with a fireplace. The kitchen has access to a terrace equipped with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture.
You have access to a garage for your car, secure outdoor parking, a room for storing ski and sports equipment, an iron, and a washing machine.

Terms of check-in and check-out
Check-in:
- Check-in time: From 15:00
- Documents: The guest must present an identification document (passport or identity card) upon check-in.
- Registration: Guests must register upon arrival and fill out a registration form, after which the guest receives a key card from the Chalet. Also, at the time of settlement, the calculation takes place.
- Additional info: From December, when booking a chalet for up to 4 guests, it is possible to book a 2-bedroom chalet at a lower rate. Condition: two bedrooms are available for guests to choose from, the third bedroom is closed
Check-out:
- Departure time: Until 11:00
- Late check-in/late check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are paid extra (half the cost of a day's stay)
